The mission of the Latina Leadership Initiative (LLI) is to focus on emerging Latinas leaders in Iowa and fill in the gap in the lack of culturally appropriate leadership training for promising Latina women. The Board of Directors will support the work of LLI and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance, ensuring that our activities are consistent with our mission.
